Twinkling Watermelon follows a story about CODA, (a deaf child born under deaf parents) a boy born of natural talent for music, and Eun Gyul, crash-landing into an unfamiliar space through a suspicious musical instrument store. Eun Gyul forms the band Watermelon Sugar with the youth he met there and communicates with them through music.
