Coronation Street Icons will consist of four episodes narrated by Sally Lindsay, each on a different cobbles legend.

The four that have been chosen are Ken Barlow, Sally Metcalfe, Liz McDonald and Roy Cropper, with respective actors William Roache, Sally Dynevor, Beverley Callard and David Neilson recalling stories alongside archive footage.
