Dante Balestra is a philosophy professor who, after many years of absence, returns to Rome to take care of his son Simone. Fascinating and unconventional, the professor takes a class at the Leonardo Da Vinci high school where he applies his nonconformist teaching method and establishes a very special relationship with his students, including Simone himself.
