Ivan Potapov, a former speedway champion, makes a living as a private driver. The injury received on the track did not allow him to continue his sports career. The family fell apart due to drunken fights, casual women and unstable earnings. The son now lives with his mother and stepfather. Ivan is aware of himself as a middle-aged man drinking too much without any goals and plans for the future. But despite his personal problems, he is ready to help any stranger on his way.
