This year, in Top chef : Les grands duels, former emblematic candidates of "Top Chef" who have become undisputed chefs will compete against each other. Each week, they will have to sublimate two products of our soil and propose two gourmet and gastronomic plates. They will be judged by a famous gastronomic journalist, François-Régis Gaudry, but also by the producers.
