The Siege of Golden Hill is an ITV children's drama series set on the outskirts of a large Midlands city. It follows a teenage gang that is on the rampage in the city, while a vulnerable old man, Tom, is threatened with eviction from his lifelong home. Nobody wants to help Tom except his grandson Billy, who is a member of the gang. But what can a disaffected 15-year-old do when he is up against the authorities?
