Charlotte's premier rock and metal revival blazes through the Motor Speedway, as Monster Energy Carolina Rebellion comes to AXS TV for the first time ever. Since 2011, the festival has highlighted the very best in the hard rock and alternative genres. The legacy rages on in 2016, with televised acts such as southern rock legends Lynyrd Skynyrd; heavy metal masters Scorpions, Disturbed, Megadeth, Lamb of God, and Sixx:A.M.; alternative heroes 3 Doors Down, Collective Soul, and Deftones; and shock rock icon Alice Cooper.
